We stayed at this B & B in early September. It is absolutely beautiful! The house is amazing with great history and architecture. We stayed in the Greenslade Suite - breathtaking! From the huge whirlpool tub to the beautiful details in the room, the evening was perfect. We wish we could have stayed much longer than 1 night! Richard is the perfect innkeeper - full of knowledge, suggestions, history, great breakfast, and very fun to be around! We can't wait to be back.

This Bed and Breakfast is absolutely the best I have ever visited in the United States or Europe! Words cannot express how well the Innkeeper Richard attends to every detail of his beautiful home and to the wants and needs of his guests. Imagine finding a selection of chilled wines in the refrigerator! I felt welcome the minute I entered and absolutely did not want to leave when my stay was over. Thank you Richard for a delightful weekend!! I'll be back.

We were first time B&B guests, my husband has always been very cautious regarding B&B’s – we were accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law – who have stayed at several B&B’s before, so he said he would give it a try. You must come and enjoy!!! The Inn Keeper, Richard, an AWESOME host, well traveled and grew up in Bellevue, shares his comfy and beautiful historical inn. You’ll have great private rooms with baths, snacks, hot tub room and an exercise room, a wonderful breakfast, and Richard’s knowledge and hospitality to enjoy. My sister and hubby loved this inn and my husband is already thinking of a return visit :-)

My wife located this B & B and I was not sure; but as soon as I saw in person this place, went inside and then met the Innkeeper my fears were completely dashed. If other B & B's are like this I've been missing out. Although I suspect this one is special, with its recent Best Hotel of the Year award (it beat Kalahari in Sandusky and the Ritz in Cleveland) and the reviews of its guests. Let me just say, it is clean, unique, GREAT coffee and breakfasts, and wonderful service from the Innkeeper. I will add the suites are private, each having a great bathroom -our suite was even in a private wing. You get a lot of "freebies" with their very reasonable rates - even rinky dink motels in the area charge more than this Inn. I would highly recommend, and guys let your wives pick your place to stay - b/c I would have never picked this one. And, I am really glad she did.

The Victorian Tudor Inn is truly one of the gems of northwest Ohio. We stayed at The Victorian Tudor Inn for our honeymoon and are so happy we choose it. The home is breathtaking, and our suite (the Greenslade Suite) exceeded every expectation. The suite was enormous, and the Jacuzzi tub was perfect for two. Our innkeeper, Richard, is a charming gentleman who makes his guests feel like treasured friends. From the first moment we walked up the side steps, we were greeted by Richard and Russell, a neighbor’s adorable cat that spends most days on the inn’s front porch. It is obvious Richard loves what he does. He makes the most wonderful breakfasts, so bring your appetites. As a final note, my husband was pretty cautious about staying at a B&B for our honeymoon. Our stay at The Victorian Tudor Inn completely changed his opinion. We are already planning our next stay for later in the year. Thank you, Richard, for making our stay so special!!

I wanted to send a note of thanks & sincerest appreciation for your graciouness and warm hospitality extended upon my arrival & through my time spent at your Inn. The accomodations were comfrotable, the atmosphere relaxing and the dinner rivaled any upscale restaurant's best offerings. The service you provide is second-to-none. Without hesitation, I will recommend The Victorian Tudor Inn to any of my visiting family, friends, or business associates here at Sylecrest. The Victorian Tudor Inn would be a wonderful family get away.

This is a wonderful B & B furnished exquistely with beautiful antiques throughout. Despite being surrounded by all these antiques, the inn is very comfortable like being in your own home. The owner, Richard, is really a gem. Upon arrival, he was so welcoming and warm. He took the time to give us a full tour of his inn with tales about how he picked up this objet d'art or that picture. He cooked the tasty breakfasts and always had some good bottles of wine (some from local vineyards) available to partake of. At the same time, he respected your privacy. Would highly recommend this inn both for the accomodations and because of its gracious owner.

We stayed at the Inn in late April. What a wonderful, relaxing and beautiful place we picked!!! Richard is a great host. Unfortunately, we could only spend one night at the Inn, but we plan a longer stay soon.

My daughters and I wanted to stay at a B&B for a Mother's Day getaway and chose the Victorian Tudor Inn. The online pictures were really nice and the victorian style that we were looking for. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The Inn was more than we had hoped for, it was just Beautiful!! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and had our own beds. It was quiet and homey, just what we were looking for! Breakfast was Fabulous. Thanks so much Richard for your warm hospitality, we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful weekend at The Victorian Tudor Inn. I was there with quite a large group of ladies and there were many request but, Richard handled them all with stride and warmth. I do not remember enjoying myself so much on one of my groups retreats. I even had the time to sit and enjoy a book in the afternoon while some of the other ladies went shopping. Richard was so nice and attentive to my needs (even the one for a little solitude). We have already made plans to return next year and I for one cannot wait. On a personal note: Thank you Richard for being so welcoming, relaxed with your guests and a wonderful host. It was very much apprechiated.
