We were traveling East to go home in N.J. We saw this wonderful looking Inn we decided to see about availability. We met the wonderful innkeeper, Richard , and he only had ONE suite available on a Tues. He showed it to us, and he really didn't have to, we were sold when we first met him and walked into the entrance of the Inn! We just lucked into finding The Victorian Tudor Inn in Bellevue, OH (which by the way has great local places to eat). This is a gorgeous, clean, enjoyable, comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the Nature Room, which is very large with a huge private bathroom and decorated with actual paintings, hand woven vintage oriental carpets, & antique porcelains. I will add I almost felt I should have paid admission to see Richard's museum quality antiques. We will stop in Bellevue on our future trips to see our kids in South Bend so we can try another suite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a fantastic time at tThe Victorian Tudor Inn. My 4 and 17 year old children my husband and I enjoyed the friendly and informative Richard and the tidiness of the inn.The porch outside and "secret garden" were great relaxing places for us.The location was awesome, playground and restaraunts within walking distance. The tea party and delicious breakfast was over the top! All the intricate decorations in the inn kept us busy trying to examine all the details and care put in to place. We hope to visit again soon.

We made the mistake of making a reservation at the Bellevue Hotel and Suites. The Lobby was wonderful, but the rooms AWFUL as was the staff. Fortunately for us the Victorian Tudor Inn had a last minute cancellation. It was WONDERFUL. Unique surroundings, helpful staff, clean, awesome breakfast made to order and complimentary bottles of water and pop. AND, just a few dollars more than the horrible hotel. We highly RECOMMEND.

This was our first B & B stay, and I was a little hesitant, and I don't why. I am upset with myself that we waited this long to stay at one. Richard, the Innkeeper, who is wonderful, tells us there are many nice B & B's. This Inn is so clean and so wonderfully decorated. The only other time I got this high quality was when we stayed at the Four Seasons in Philly for our honeymoon; we paid FOUR times there what we paid for here and honestly got more here than there. We both highly recommend!

We are so happy to have been privileged to stay at the Victorian Tudor Inn this past week on our Midwest college visits. The home is beautiful, and Richard is truly one-of-a-kind. Each moment we spent in this inn was outstanding! The suite was amazing and perfect for us. The conversations with Richard were informative and illuminating. He's led a fascinating life and is willing to share his wisdom. And, of course, the breakfast was amazing! We stayed at three inns on our travels, but the Victorian Tudor Inn will be the one we visit again (and again)! Thank you, Richard!

Richard is by far the best in the business. He is the most accomidating, friendly inn keeper any guest would be blessed to have. My husband and I enjoyed the Greenslade suite, and the Nature room. Per Richards suggestion, we visited a local winery. Richards home is immaculate. Adorned with an amazing array of antiques and collectibles, his home is the perfect home away from home. Richards hospitality and character were a delight upon arrival, and throughout our stay. We definitely give Richard and his gorgeous home five stars, and look forward to future stays there. :o)

Tucked away on a residential street in the small town of Bellevue (Northern Ohio), is The Victorian Tudor Inn. We were greeted at the door by Innkeeper Richard Stegman and his warm welcoming smile, then taken on a tour of this more than 7500 square foot historic English tudor. Each of the delicately designed guest rooms are filled with antiques and collectibles, gathered and purchased by Richard. over the years.
Relaxing in the living room after a long drive, with a glass of wine in hand, we had tantalizing conversations with Richard and some of his other guests.
The morning after our arrival, the aroma of fresh, local bacon frying danced in the air enticing me to seek out the kitchen. The fresh fruit, cinnamon French toast and juices welcomed me to the table.

This B & B was a wonderful find for us. The pictures on the internet do not do it justice - it is truly gorgeous and very clean. I am impressed by the value; the suite prices include all taxes and so many extras, like free snacks and a variety of free drinks. We had such fun at this Inn and the innkeeper, Richard, was so helpful. The breakfast and coffee was so good. I highly recommend a stay at this B & B and like us, you will be return guests!
