LOVED LOVED LOVED our stay at the Victorian Tudor Inn. Richard made us feel right at home, and spoiled us rotten. We will definitely return for another visit! The home is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are large and very comfortable, and the place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Russell was a great surprise - I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her! Thank you Richard!!!

The Victorian Tudor Inn is exactly what the pictures on the website shows: beautiful home furnished with fabulous antiques. Once you arrive at the home though it is so much more! You feel welcomed right away by Richard and the home is warm and you feel comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and were treated to amazing breakfasts and service that was over the top. Our son is so spoiled now he said he wants Richard to come to our house... We would totally recommend staying.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victorian Tudor Inn. The Innkeeper, Richard, went out of his way to make us feel at home. We stayed in the Nature Suite with our 2 children and woke up to the aroma of a delicious breakfast in the works. It was a perfect place to stay if you are looking for alternative lodging in the Sandusky area. Close enough to Cedar Point, the islands, Jet Express, etc. Look forward to seeing you next year, Richard!

We stayed here on March 21, 2013 and Richard greeted us at the door. He is so kind and warm and very friendly. Its always nice to go to a B&B, its wonderful. We stay at one whenever we can. Richard showed us around the house and let us know he is around if you need anything. The home is absolutely gorgeous. There are so many awesome antiques. Our room was nice, cozy and the quilt was very warm as it was a tad chilly outside but having the jacuzzi was refreshing and the water was nice and hot to enjoy. Breakfast was great, a special french toast he made with bacon and fresh fruit and great coffee. He sat and talked with us for a while and made us feel at home. I would not hesitate at all to stay here again. Its very worth it!

My husband and I stayed at The Victorian Tudor Inn during New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We value any historical ambiance, a worthy collection of antiques and art work, and the most expensive word in our language - 'kindness.' You will find yourself enveloped in an atmosphere of history, beauty, and intrigue as you tour through the Inn. It is clean, decorated to perfection, and so conveniently located to a dozen major attractions. We stayed in the Greenslade Room, which was absolutely gorgeous. We were treated to a breakfast of apple cinnamon french toast, organic berries, and bacon. Mr. Richard Stegman has given an incredible amount of detail to the Victorian Inn, concentrating on historical authenticity and charm. This is a diamond to be found and experienced in Bellevue, Ohio. We have stayed in Bed and Breakfast facilities on Rainbow Row in Charleston, and none compare to the immaculate reception we found here.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend last summer. I was making a scrapbook with photos from our first vacation together and found a bunch of the Tudor Inn. It was a great reminder of the fantastic time that we had. This house was by far one of the most magical places I've ever stayed. It truly was like a home away from home. We can't wait to go back!

We spent several days at The Victorian Tudor and found the bedrooms, antiques and Richard's hospitality to be simply marvelous. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Richard was so gracious and paid attention to every detail, including packing us snacks for the road the day of departure. We looked forward to morning breakfast and his pleasant conversation. Without a doubt we will return. What a pleasant experience.

My husband and I took our daughters (ages 12years and 7 years) to Cedar Point. The hotels around the park were very expensive and not very nice. We decided to stay at the Victorian Tudor Inn. It turned out to be a hidden treasure! We rented the Greenslade Suite with the extra room. It was beautiful. It has a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a double shower. My girls were thrilled to have their own beds in their own room. Richard welcomed our family warmly. We stayed 2 nights. Each morning , we had a delicious breakfast at a dining room table! All of this for much less than the price of a 1970's hotel room at Cedar Point. We are planning to visit again.

This B&B was perfect! Richard was great and always looking to make us more comfortable, offering anything possible to make the visit more enjoyable. My fiance and I were looking for a nice B&B where we could take a motorcycle trip along the lakeshore and spend some time riding and enjoying the B&B. The place was just great, town nice too and just a short ride up to Sandusky. We found Richard to be one of the most hospitable people we've ever met. We would very much recommend this B&B!
