My wife and I are used to great B & B's in New Hope and the Jersey Shore. Have traveled to several on our first trip to the Midwest. Most are nice, this one is GREAT. The ambiance and service. It is equal to the wonderful ones we are used to on the shore.

We quickly fell in love with The Victorian Tudor Inn. Our suite, The Nautical, had a wonderful theme throughout -from our bedroom, to our private foyer, to the bathroom. Beautiful lighthouses, ships, sailing boats, etc. Our four poster canopy featherbed was so comfortable. My husband is a stickler on clean bathrooms; this entire suite and Inn was spotless. And it is a great value, especially in high season around Cedar Point with all its freebies. We highly recommend.

We've stayed at Inns with more comfortable beds, greater expanse of gardens and grounds, and more creative menus, but never with a more genial host. Richard himself made us feel at home instantly. When we return, it will be first and foremost to enjoy his company and conversation. Thank you, Richard.

A great experience in all aspects. The home is beautifully maintained and furnished with period pieces. The host, Richard , made the stay very memorable -from the tasty breakfast to the nice snacks available including complimentary wine. You can enjoy viewing his wonderful collection of glassware ,art, china, etc. The large front porch is a nice spot to start the morning with the paper and delicious fresh ground coffee. Return to a spacious , inviting suite after a full day of activities. I highly recommend a stay at the Victorian Tudor Inn . Mark

We found the Victorian Tudor Inn to be an extremely wonderful place. The host, Richard Stegman, was the host with the most! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable. We enjoyed visiting with him and other guests. The inn is very charming and well kept. Would definitely go back and refer others to stay there. Oh, and breakfast waffles were amazing! I cant say enough about the experience of staying in this Inn. If it is true that the innkeeper makes the inn then it is certainly proven here. Our host Richard went out of his way to accommodate our reservation, make us feel totally welcome, become a friend, and also serve as a one man chamber of commerce/PR director for northwest Ohio. If it was just about him that would be good enough but his inn is beautiful, elegant, spotless, and filled with treasurers at every turn. We were looking for a quiet, fun, and intimate get-a-way and found the perfect little corner of heaven in Bellevue, Ohio. We have stayed at many Inns all over the country and would put this one at the top of the list. We recommend it highly.

We visited The Victorian Tudor Inn after we attended an antique appraisal program that the Innkeeper did for a our financial investment group in Columbus. Richard was a wonderful engaging presenter and was the same as an Innkeeper. His Inn is just fabulous and so beautifully appointed with gorgeous antiques. And it is clean and very comfortable. The amenities are many and the breakfast was one of the best I ever had with great, great coffee and fresh squeezed OJ. We highly recommend.

First time ever staying in a B&B and can not say enough good things about this lovely home. Attended a lovely Renaissance wedding that went swimmingly thanks to our amazing host Richard. The rooms are amazingly cozy, comfortable, and large. When you enter, you feel at home. The food was outstanding. If we ever get a chance to return to the area, we will not stay anywhere but here.

As honestly as I can put this, if you do not book a stay in the Bellevue/Sandusky area at The Victorin Tudor Inn, then you will not stay at the best possible place you can. Without a doubt, Richard has brought warmth, kindness, service, a sense of humor and wonderful stories to this BEAUTIFUL home. From the outside to the inside, the Inn is immaculate, and utterly stunning. We stayed in the Nautical Suite. It is very quaint, well kept, clean, and "themed". From the very start we were made to feel like we were in our own home. . Every detail in the home is architecturally correct for the period, to include an addition to the house that was probably made over 100 years after the original home was built. When you walk in, you can almost feel the past and hear the voices of those who have gathered in this remarkable place. We were truly impressed with the home and its gracious host, and we so look forward to going back again and again.
