- Check–in: 3PM or later
- check–out: Noon
- Reservations need to be guaranteed with a credit card (VISA, MC, or American Express) or 50% cash deposit or check
- All credit card reservations will require a $5 deposit when reservation is made. The $5 will be deducted upon check-in.
- Cancellation Policy
Due to our limited number of rooms, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you are unable to join us and you contact us more than 10 days prior to your arrival, we will assess you a 10% service charge per night administrative charge unless we are able to rebook the suite you had reserved. In the unfortunate event that you contact us within 10 days of your arrival date, your reservation charges (one nights reservation) are non–refundable unless we are able to rebook the suite you had reserved. Should you need to cancel, we will sincerely attempt to rebook your room so that you do not incur these charges. If we do need to process your reservation charges, you or a person of your choosing will be able to use as credit the full amount within one calendar year.
