I never thought I would be such a fan of a B&B, especially in my own hometown! What Rick has in the Victorian Tudor Inn is a wonderful place to escape the madness life brings and enjoy some true relaxation. My wife and I were married in Bellevue on 10/24/09 and we stayed there the night of the wedding. I was lucky to drop my friend off that Friday night and decided I would add a night on for myself to unwind. Wow did that decision ever pay off! I was so relaxed and ready for my big day that I couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast at the Inn is unbelievable and like everyone has said the waffles were delicious. Rick what you have created in the little sleepy town of Bellevue is quite perfect and I will recommend to all I encounter not to pass up the opportunity to stay at your beautiful inn. Thanks so much for your hospitality and most of all your kindness!

The Inn and the suite as well as the meals where even better than I had imagined them to be. The Greenslade bridal suite made us feel like a king and queen during our stay! Richard was quite helpful, and helped me make my proposal weekend to my new fiancee a special one. It was a first class experience and the best vacation I have ever had!

My husband and I had never been to a bed & breakfast until we went to The Victorian Tudor Inn for Easter last year. To put it simply, we were sold. For the money the value was outstanding. We had no idea B & B's were this wonderful and private. The Easter decorations were outstanding. Last week we had our second visit; better than even our first. And this time the Fall and Halloween decorations were simply outstanding. The suites are spacious with wonderful appointments; the breakfast is just the best we've had anywhere, and the Innkeeper a gem. We'll be back for Christmas!

What a wonderful gem! Richard is an excellent host and this Inn is fabulous. I have stayed in wonderful hotels and B&Bs across the world, and this is one of the best-appointed that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! The antiques are amazing! I liked the combination of the Victorian charm and the convenience of the wifi and flat-screen tv, as we could enjoy the past while keeping up with our busy lives. The aforementioned waffles are "to die for". Richard has done a wonderful job providing a truly first-class experience. His knowledge and expertise is apparent throughout the property. We will definitely be back!

Trisha and I prefer to call our host 'Sir Richard'! We quite like him and his Inn. Upon arrival we immediately felt welcome. The Inn is warm, inviting and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was wonderful and I find myself daydreaming about the waffles! We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH that we booked for Valentines Day weekend. We hope to have three feet of snow which will confine us to the Inn! The Winery on route 4 was fun and after finding out we were guests of Sir Richard, comped our wine tasting. (we enjoyed a bottle of our favorite afterward) Thank you Sir Richard.

I just want to start by saying that the Victorian Tudor Inn is perhaps
the most beautiful B & B I have ever stayed at. I've stayed at several over
the past 5 years and I haven't found one as breath taking as this. From the
decor to the attention to detail throughout the home, you have captured the
ultimate feel of relaxation and harmony. Patti and I had an amazing time
with you and the other guest's at breakfast, and we felt well rested in the
morning! Your hospitality was more than we could of hoped for. Thank you
very much for your suggestion on dinner at Zinc's. It was lovely.

We hope to return and stay with you in the near future, as the Inn and
dinner at Zinc's are on the "to do " list from here on out!

Our family was completely impressed with this Richard and his Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the Inn during the first week of December. Richard did a wonderful job at decorating the grounds and the Inn with Christmas decorations. Add the typical Ohio winter weather outside and the memories are made. The Inn is located within a few minutes walk of downtown. Richard’s breakfast lived up to the reviews. The waffles are magnificent. While waiting for breakfast, tap Richard’s local knowledge. The Inn has become our new second home when we visit. I would highly recommend a stay at The Victorian Tudor Inn.

My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with this wonderful Inn. We arrived shortly after the holiday decorations went up and how decorative it was! Truly got us into the holiday spirit. There obviously is so much to view without the holiday stuff; but add them and it was visual overload - in a wonderfuly way. The Innkeeper, Richard, has an amazing talent for making one feel so comfortable and welcomed, and knows how to provide privacy when necessary. The Inn was so clean, with great holiday scents, and the suites impeccable. We have spent much more for alot less. After one visit this bed & breakfast does feel like a second home.

WOW, where do I begin! Being 36 years young, its always been a dream to stay in a Bed and Breakfast and I am so thankful It was Victorian Tudor Inn! The decor is just amazing, each room is set up and makes you feel you are some where magical! cocktails at 5pm, by the fireplace or on the front porch swing, after strolling beautiful downtown Bellevue, coming back an enjoying the hot tub! This is is my favorite part, breakfast!! Yummo describes the homemade waffles (absolutey to die for!! Dont miss breakfast!), bacon, juices, coffee, fresh muffins, etc. you cant compare this morning experience anywhere! Rick, the owner, has found his niche! You will never find an Inn Keeper so into making your stay the most comfortable and rememerbale one. I guarentee you will not leave without booking your next fairytale stay! Just amazing and I loved every minute!

If you want a relaxing and upscale stay then I suggest you stay at The Victorian Tudor Inn. My girlfriend and I wanted to go to Cedar Point, but we didn't want to deal with all that congestion. And we certainly didn't want to stay at a hotel, or even resort, with banging doors and screaming kids (and even adults!). And even though the Inn was fully booked when we stayed there, we got none of those noise problems. This historical Inn is so well built we heard none of the other guests. Plus, this place is just downright beautiful - no other way to describe it; it was an amazing find for us. We'll be back annually. Thanks Rick for your great service.

This was our first visit to a B&B, and we could not have been more impressed. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the inn itself is absolutely gorgeous, and Richard's hospitality was unparallelled. We enjoyed several of the inn's amenities, including the hot tub and a delicious breakfast. We plan to return and have already recommended the inn to many of our friends.

My goodness, my words can not do justice to this beautiful Inn. The website pictures do not convey how wonderful this B & B is. Sincerely, it is unique, such amazing decor. It is so clean and impeccably decorated. The suites are LARGE and the beds so comfy. You step back in time - in style at this Inn. This was our first visit to a B & B and The Victorian Tudor Inn will now be our benchmark for all future visits. Thank you Rick for your wonderful and professional hospitality.

We just came back from the The Victorian Tudor Inn, a stay I will not forget. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was delightfull and Richard was so caring and nice. The rooms were so comfortable and warm and the private baths beautiful and large. The decor and the cleanliness superb and the food, was delicious. I have not eaten or enjoyed myself as much as I did here and I certainly look forward to returning. In fact this was a second visit as we stayed here this past summer. We thought it was perfect then, but the Innkeeper continues to add new things to make it even more desirable. For example, our suite had a new HD flat screen TV. If you are looking for a wonderful get-a-way I strongly suggest The Victorian Tudor Inn.

The Victorian Tudor Inn is the BEST B&B we've ever experienced. The building is gorgeous and elegant. Bedrooms are huge, comfy, beautifully decorated, and romantic. The Bathrooms are enormous, have jacuzzi tubs, and are outfitted with great toiletries and really soft spa robes and towels. The Innkeeper "made" our stay; he's warm, helpful, and a fabulous cook. We have stayed at B & B's around the world and this was the best overall experience we have ever had, customer service, attention to detail, and value and an innkeeper who knows the meaning of the word "class".

My husband and I decided to do a romantic holiday weekend early and based on its wonderful website we selected The Victorian Tudor Inn. It was simply wonderful. We were so impressed with its furnishings; some of their antiques we have never seen before and they all flow so well together. The holiday decorations; which are just gorgeous - are a grand mix of old and new. We really felt like we were in a upscale, luxurious lodging facility - because we were! Our suite was one of the best we have ever stayed in, so fresh, clean and quiet. We peeked in on some of the other suites and they were just as nice. The Innkeeper is gracious and very professional. And the waffles he makes from scratch are out-this-world - so delicious. Overall, we rate our stay a 10. I would add the Inn is even better than their wonderful website pictures!

We have been going to northern Ohio at least twice a year for the past 10 years. I have stayed at some nice and not-so-nice Inns, B & B's and motels and finally found the perfect place. The Victorian Tudor Inn is close to many places we love. And even on on a highway and a Main Street the rooms are surprisingly quiet at night. My partner and I have stayed there twice now in the same room and loved our stay each time. The breakfast is one of the best and most varied that I've had (fresh baked muffins, bagels, great whole grain bread, fresh fruit, juices, milk [2% & skim], omeletes, amazing waffles) The rooms are clean and well-maintained with an amazing decor and wonderful antiques. Plus these rooms are not small. Rick is always available with helpful advice for activities, recommendations for restaurants and just to chat pleasantly. We highly recommend.

What a lovely Inn. We very much enjoy bed and breakfasts and this has been one of our most enjoyable stays, EVER! This B & B is beautiful with amazing rooms, large bathrooms and ohhh so comfortable beds. We chose it because of the wonderful website, the great comments and its convenient location - so near to so many great places. Being a new B & B we were a little leary - but we didn't need to worry. The Innkeeper (quite a gentlemen and host) knew what he was doing when he spent years of research before opening his Inn. My husband and I feel fortunate to have discovered this wonderful Inn.

My girlfriends and I have been coming to this area of Ohio for the last few years for some R & R before the summer ends. We have stayed at some nice B & B's, but The Victorian Tudor Inn clearly the most wonderful Inn we have stayed at. It is so beautiful and the decor is impeccable. Our suites seemed to have been prepared for royalty and in fact we were treated as such. Each morning I did not want to roll out of the amazing bed, but I wanted to have to some of that great breakfast, with candlelight no less. The Innkeeper, Rick, was such a gentleman and so attentive to our needs. We will certainly be back each summer. In fact we are trying to schedule a holiday retreat for December as this Inn will be so amazing with all of its decorations out.

We live in a city with dozens of B & B's, and have friends that own them - so we are familiar with them. And The Victorian Tudor Inn is a excellent example of an upscale Bed and Breakfast. It is so nicely appointed with antiques that have a warm, cozy "at home" feel. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are wonderful. The house, fixtures, HVAC systems have all been maintained properly and worked well. No leaks, creaks, or other noises. And, I was mesmerized by the woodwork through out the house; wonderful craftsmanship and detail. I'm quite amazed that the Inn just opened a few months ago. And how nice that the Innkeeper lived for years in Rhode Island - he indicates he got some of his decorating flair from the fabulous Newport B & B's - which is evident.

This B & B is beautiful. Each room is a delight to one's vision. The antiques are such classics, even in the suites. The beds are so comfortable, the Inn is so clean, and the host is so welcoming. He clearly went out of his way to assist us and insure our stay was excellent, but yet provided us plenty of privacy. I will be recommending this B & B to all my friends and family. And, the breakfasts were culinary delights, with candlelight, sterling flatware, vintage linen and antique china. And the small town of Bellevue was so pretty and friendly. We'll return to the area just so we can stay at this Inn again.

My husband Tom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Victorian Turdor Inn this weekend. Richard's taste is quite rich and runs wildly toward high quality and luxurious comfort. None of the well appointed rooms had the feel a grandmother's stuffy atic as some such Inns can have, but each showed the depth of character consistant with the home's history and were warm and inviting. Richard is as welcoming and personable as his Inn and we are grateful for the accommodations he provided for us. We sincerely wish him God's richest blessings and prosperity.

The only thing more spectacular than the Inn, was the hospitality! We rented the entire Inn for a work event, and Richard could not have been more accommodating.
